Can I Get Thrush From Waxing

in the footsteps of Steve Irwin

first .. 2 .. isses uuuund now almost over! On Tuesday, 05/06/2007 Daniel I. I played my third and second last exam in from (Australia). Whether this will probably go down in history? Hmm, probably not but I know someone who is at least gone down in Australian history, and certainly elsewhere in the world! We are talking about Steve Irwin. Steve Who? Irwin!
Some know him as the "Crocodile Hunter" and other than the Man playing with animals. It's all clicks? No? Okay here's a photo of him ...

This is Steveee

Ahaaaa, so this is the gentleman from whom the speech is.
Besides his big heart for animals, it was a fabulous family man. Unfortunately, Steve died in September 2006 shooting after a deadly encounter with a stingray. It happens in the vicinity of Port Douglas on the Great Barrier Reef (where I intend to make in two weeks my diving certificate).

But enough of mourning.
my report, I dedicate this time, this great man I after my visit In his 'Australia Zoo' is now even more admire. In his zoo the feeling is conveyed that Steve still lives off almost at present. This works employees, Steve's wife Terri and his two children very very aaalright. For this reason, I will write this report in the present.
And now I bid you welcome in the

Australia Zoo!

The zoo is located near the University and is always well attended ... even the Dalai Lama is the middle of June 2007 Steve the honor.
Steve's zoo is not necessarily the biggest but definitely the best zoo I have ever visited!
started the whole project in 1970 with only a few square meters and a few small animals. Speaking

are small guys or the pound sterling are the guys?

Hero Turtles (Raphael and Donatello)

grew with the Schildkrötchen the other colleagues here, including this ...

A fence ... sharp teeth ... hmm maybe a shark?

Take a aaaaaaaaaa ...

seal on it ... it was a crocodile which I wanted to present file. My guess is that he loved me had to eat.

this cute fellow I trust a lot more on the way ...

A Kängi the rest (t)

The zoo had to offer just about everything your heart desires. For example, the audience could feed the elephants, which I found absolutely great ...

May I introduce, this is Benjamin the elephant

SSSSSSSSSS amazing, I found out about 7 m long constrictor ...

A Python

In Gog and elsewhere it is common to go for a walk with his bow-wow.
In 'Australia Zoo', it is usual to go for a walk with crocs or Chitas ...

Mixed feelings ... tame? Still tame? Stroking love or not?

Very elegant, huh?

And more Krokos

revealed in a breathtaking show Steve's colleagues how to feed adult crocs ...

5 meter which you should not get too close

Steve also has some toxicity to offer, such as the spider (Funnel Web)

your poison belongs to one of the most dangerous poisons

handzahmeren Once in the department, I had my first opportunity to pet koala bears ...

20 of 24 hours they spend sleeping (what a life)

And so goes our trip through the 'Australia Zoo' end.
All in all a must for anyone before, the Sunshine Coast to . Visit

But wait, before we finally come to the end of a few self-explanatory for the photos from my trip to 'Underwater World' ...

Pretty cool ... making a car from an aquarium

Daniel & Thomas say H (a) i

Thomas says again Hi to Hai

from (ge) drive (s) tunnel

Only 6cm Plexiglas between Hai, Tunnel & Human

A 4.5 m long goosebumps

find with these horrible Lichen photos, this report is to end and hopes to have aroused your interest.
This report exposes a semester also slowly but surely coming to an end. After my last exam next week, finally, my tour starts through down under. On the program, the Australian east coast is starting from the Great Barrier Reef, several national parks, right down to Sydney and the coast and the outback slowly back up to Brisbane.

I am very excited and You will of course try to keep up to date.

Sincerely
Daniel
